This page describes refunds for Christmas Dance AI. Live collection is not enabled.

Failed jobs

If a configured job fails or the model refuses it before a result is delivered, the credit ledger returns the credits for that job. The refund uses an idempotency key so it is not applied twice.

Unused sandbox payments

Stripe test charges are not real money. There is no live refund window because live collection is not turned on. Do not pay with a real card.

Asking for help

Email the contact address with the account email and job id. The mailbox is not monitored until email routing is configured.
