This policy covers Christmas Dance AI while the app is in sandbox setup. Generation and live collection are not turned on.

What we collect

If you sign in, we store your email and session. If generation is later enabled, uploaded photos and job outputs are stored in this site’s private bucket and tied to your account. We do not publish your photos on the homepage.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the app, database, and files. Sign-in can use email or Google. Payments, when a test key is configured, use Stripe in test mode. Video jobs, when a key is configured, use Yir. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account records stay until you ask for deletion. Uploads are meant to be short-lived. Job records stay so a failed job can be refunded. No retention job is running until the operator configures it.

Cookies

The site uses a first-party session cookie and, for signed-out visitors, a guest cookie. There is no third-party analytics on this build.

Your choices

Email the contact address to ask for access or deletion. Do not upload a child’s photo, a celebrity, or a stranger. Use only a photo you have the right to use.
